Engine 153

Engine Company 153 is a 1995 Pierce Saber pumper maintained by Section Five of the Washington Volunteer Fire Company. Station Five and it's equipment belongs to the Washington Rural Fire Association, which contracts with the Washington Volunteer Fire Company for manpower. Engine Company 153 is the only Engine Company located in the rural area and responds to all alarms within the rural fire boundaries along with city units. The truck carries 750 gallons of water with a 1,250-gallon per minute pump. Section Fives motto is "We Fight For Life."
